Do you take insurance?
We chose to build a patient-centered model for our practice that does not allow insurance companies to dictate the care we provide, this means that we are not contracted with insurance carriers. Because of this, payment will be expected during the time of your visit. Our office does however provide concierge billing services and will work directly with your insurance company to file for any out of network benefits your insurance company offers, so that your insurance company may reimburse you directly according to the terms of your policy.
Do you offer CBCT Scans?
We currently offer CBCT Scans for adults for a fee of $220. If you are proceeding with a ZOOM consultation, you may also schedule a CBCT Scan at our Westwood Office to have in preparation for your consultation.The type of imaging we perform in our office (and need to complete a comprehensive evaluation) is called a Cone Beam CT Scan (CBCT). This form of imaging uses very low amounts of radiation to assess the upper airway and maxillofacial structures. CBCT has 1/1000 the radiation of medical grade CT. The scan needs to be taken according to The Breathe Protocol to provide the most accurate and reliable assessment: Full Field of View (23cm diameter x 17cm height); natural head position; horizontal visual axis; close mouth, breathe through nose, place teeth together; swallow once, then rest your tongue where it naturally goes; avoid bite registration and avoid using chin rest.

Yes, we offer ZOOM Consultations for most providers contingent on the provider you would like to see.
How much is a Consultation?
Consultations range from $250 to $350 contingent on the provider that you are seeking to establish care with.

What are your hours of operation?

Does Dr. Zaghi provide care outside of Los Angeles?
Dr. Zaghi travels to Walnut Creek 2 days out of the month and Carlsbad 1 day out of the month primarily to do frenuloplasty procedures and nasal procedures. He also travels to our Calabasas location to see patients, hold consultations, and complete procedures.
