TBI Alumni: Shaping the Next Generation of Healthcare Providers

One of the most meaningful outcomes of our work is seeing where our people go.

Over the years, many of our medical and dental assistants have gone on to PA school, medical school, and dental school. These are not abstract success stories. These are individuals who trained alongside our clinical teams, participated in real patient care, and developed a systems-level understanding of airway, sleep, and function that now informs their professional paths.

This growth is the result of a deeply collaborative mentorship environment. Dr. Soroush Zaghi, Dr. Kevin Coppelson, Dr. Nora, and the Breathe Myo Team are actively engaged in shaping the clinical, intellectual, and professional development of our pre-health and pre-PA team members. These clinicians invest time, attention, and accountability, treating assistants as future healthcare providers rather than temporary roles.

Alongside clinical mentorship, the Breathe Ops Team plays a critical role in preparing our assistants for the realities of modern healthcare. Through exposure to core principles of culture, communication, systems thinking, and patient-centered care, team members gain perspective that extends well beyond technical skills.

This page represents a growing group of alumni who began their journey at The Breathe Institute and are now advancing through PA programs, medical schools, and dental schools across the country. Their trajectories reflect the environment we prioritize: rigor, curiosity, integrity, and respect for the responsibility of caring for patients.

Watching this team move forward into the next generation of healthcare is one of the clearest measures of impact we can point to.
